Spacious and comfortable room with a kitchenette.

My experience was disappointing, especially considering the cost. The shower was broken, making it impossible to use, and the temperature control panel was faulty, leaving me uncomfortably warm. The corridor to my room was dirty and unwelcoming, which set a bad tone for my stay.

The room was spacious with a mini kitchen, making it easy to whip up small meals. I loved how homely it felt, especially with the comfy beds and clean bathroom.

The bed was super comfy and I loved the peaceful atmosphere of the courtyard. I really enjoyed lounging by the pool and hitting the jacuzzi after a long day. Just a heads up, the breakfast area had a strange smell, but it didn't ruin my overall experience! 😊

Not what we expected!

So, we paid a pretty penny for two rooms but what we got was far from nice. The receptionist was nice at check-in, and the location wasn't terrible. But there were scratches everywhere, missing toilet roll, and to top it off, blood on the handrail! the microwave was gross with leftovers. Definitely needs a serious clean!

Would definitely recommend for a weekend

Helpful staff, convenient amenities, as the gentlemen who oversee the property were super kind and even arranged for a plumber to fix the broken toilet during our stay, while the kitchen area was fantastic for preparing microwavable dinners for my kids.

I appreciated the comfortable bed and the overall warmth of the room upon arrival. its proximity to the city center was a significant advantage, making it easy to attend meetings and explore local dining options.

Needs Improvement, But Potential Exists

My family stayed for two nights. The front desk staff were pleasant, but the bathrooms have serious maintenance issues. The restaurant offers some decent meals. Tip, check the amenities beforehand and consider bringing your own toiletries for a more comfortable experience.

we have stayed before in nottingham and the regency exceeded our expectations during this stay. the room had a nice balcony and kitchen area, allowing us to feel more at home. everything we needed was basically in the room, which made our relaxation much smoother.
